Jennifer brings over a decade of experience working with institutional leadership and staff to create successful projects and build lasting relationships. Jennifer has deep experience in large scale campaign fundraising management and implementation, strategic planning, nonprofit management and operations, feasibility and planning studies, leadership and major gift pipeline development, and annual giving program implementation.
Jennifer is proud to have partnered with clients who have cumulatively raised over $300,000,000 including Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington DC, Sidwell Friends School, CalvertHealth, Loyola University Maryland, and the Golisano Childrens Museum of Naples.
Prior to joining CCS, Jennifer served as the Executive Director for The Midtown Academy, in Baltimore City. There she led the staff and board of directors, managing all aspects of school operations, including budget, finance, and human resources. Jennifer designed and built this position from conception and elevated the level of philanthropic involvement of parents, alumni, and community partners. Jennifer has served as an adjunct professor for Louisiana State University- Shreveport, Community College of Baltimore County’s Continuing Education program, and Notre Dame of Maryland University’s Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management program. She lives in Phoenix, MD with her husband, son, and dog. She enjoys riding her horse and traveling.
