Nicole D’Andrea is the Director of Philanthropy for Individual Giving at God’s Love We Deliver, where she leads a fundraising team dedicated to raising philanthropic dollars to provide medically tailored meals and nutrition counseling for people living with life-altering illnesses in NYC. In addition to her work soliciting major donations, Nicole oversees direct mail and email strategy, annual giving, pipeline management, and is heavily involved with their signature events program. Whether building the case for support for major donors, leveraging social media platforms, or collaborating with other teams, Nicole brings a unique blend of compassion and strategic thinking to the fundraising world and has consistently demonstrated an ability to inspire others to join the cause.
Prior to her time at God’s Love We Deliver, Nicole worked in fundraising at several higher education institutions, including New York University and Columbia University. Nicole has successfully orchestrated numerous fundraising campaigns across her career, leveraging her strategic acumen and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences. She has a master’s in Fundraising Management from Columbia University and a B.A. in English and Communications from Manhattan College.
