Soyoung (So) Jung (she/her) is a strategic planning consultant at Schultz & Williams (S&W), a nonprofit consulting firm headquartered in Philadelphia. Her work includes providing strategic insights and support throughout the planning process to successfully build a strategic framework for nonprofits working hard to make the world a better place. Prior to joining S&W, So served as a social worker and development officer at a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential services for immigrant seniors. While pursuing her education, So served as an assistant manager at another nonprofit that serviced unique art literacy programs benefiting youth in West Philadelphia. She currently serves on two boards, both committed to nurturing youth and youth leadership in the community. Before moving to Philadelphia for her graduate studies, So worked at the Cornell University Survey Research Institute (SRI) for five years collecting and analyzing data for a wide range of clients in both public and private sectors. So has a bachelors degree in Development Sociology and Law from Cornell University and a masters degree in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
