Lauren is the Vice President of the Strategic and Business Planning practice at Schultz & Williams (S&W). Lauren and her team provide clients with a roadmap to achieve their goals through highly engaging, inclusive, and iterative planning processes. She has expertise in research and analysis, facilitation, executive management and leading teams and stakeholder relations. Lauren’s background includes strategic planning and landscape analysis for nonprofit and public sector organizations in the social services, arts & culture, education, environmental, economic development, faith-based and tourism sectors. Her twelve years of experience working for nonprofit organizations in the Philadelphia area gives her an insider view of the challenges and changing needs that nonprofits face each year. Prior to joining S&W, Lauren was the Director of Research at VISIT PHILADELPHIA, Greater Philadelphia’s regional tourism marketing organization. Through leading cross-departmental project teams, her work guided the development of brand identity and target market campaigns, established key performance indicators to measure success, and optimized efforts towards high-yield tactics and opportunities. In 2018, Lauren was awarded the MMGY Global Yesawich Award for Research Excellence, for her industry-leading market research that shaped the acclaimed multicultural campaigns, “We Got You: Philly” and “Filadelfia-You Gotta Feel It.” Lauren has a masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
