Leslie Mazeska

Leslie Mazeska has served as the Senior Director of Development for the Air & Space Forces Association (AFA) since the beginning of 2022. With a background in business, psychology and education, Ms. Mazeska has more than 25 years' experience working in nonprofit leadership and development roles and has worked extensively with local and national organizations to help diversify their revenue streams and improve overall fundraising to support mission driven work. The wife of a disabled Veteran, she has a passion for causes that serve Veterans and Military families and is motivated by work that makes a difference in the world. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and taking care of the animals and garden at their small farm in northern Virginia.
