Etan Harmelech leads marketing and communications at Hillel International, the world’s largest Jewish college organization. His portfolio encompasses responsibility for a number of different teams and verticals, including marketing and brand, direct response fundraising, social media, digital content, and crisis communications. Before joining Hillel, Etan was the director of marketing and membership for PJ Library, helping to provide free Jewish children’s books to children around the world. Prior to his work with nonprofit organizations, Etan spent 10 years at ESPN in production and integrated marketing, cultivating and managing partnerships with clients such as State Farm, Gatorade, and Under Armour across television, digital, and social medial platforms. Etan holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Northwestern University, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
