Angela A. Washington has been in the non-profit sector for 23 years and is the Director of Philanthropy at City Rescue Mission in Jacksonville, Florida. She oversees comprehensive fund development activities including public relations and marketing which now raise more than $8 million annually to support the mission’s capital and operational needs through the efforts of a team of seven support staff. She’s spent the majority of her career in fund development for social service, healthcare organizations, and mortgage banking. Angela is a United States Marine Corps Veteran.

She holds a Bachelor of Religious Arts in Biblical Studies, Master of Religious Arts in Christian Psychology, Doctorate in Theology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary and studied Japanese at the University of Maryland.
