Jennifer Bedon is Chief Philanthropy Officer at Helping Up Mission in Baltimore, Maryland. For nearly 25 years, Jennifer has raised funds for causes that improve the quality of life for the people of her beloved city. Jennifer is passionate about her work to bring resources to the underserved, and especially to expand services for the needs of women and their children. Jennifer has worked with non-profits including museums, associations, hospitals, social services, and youth enrichment organizations. She is an expert in managing a comprehensive fundraising program, but particularly enjoys the visionary work of capital campaigns and building relationships with major donors. In 2022, Jennifer received the Enterprising Woman of Excellence Award from the Baltimore Business Journal, and was named one of The Baltimore Sun’s 25 Women to Watch. She is a native Baltimorean and a graduate of the Notre Dame of Maryland University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters.
