Tony Pytlak has served as president/COO of SFG since 2006. In that time, SFG has grown from a company focused primarily on fulfillment to one of the leading business process outsourcing companies, providing technology-driven, customer-oriented solutions for companies in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
Prior to SFG, Pytlak served as vice president of marketing analytics and research for General Electric’s Partnership Marketing Group. He led a team that served as proactive consultants for both internal and external business partners, providing actionable strategic marketing and analytical insights for driving business and channel growth. Previous to GE, he was vice president of business development and database marketing for Reiman Media Group, a division of Readers Digest. Pytlak held various positions while at Reiman, including director of e-commerce for the company’s successful Internet efforts and leader of the database marketing and analysis team.
He started his career at Grainger in various financial, marketing and systems analysis roles. Pytlak is a frequent speaker at various industry events. He serves on the board of directors of the Better Business Bureau of Central East Texas and is active in various leadership organizations in the community. Pytlak holds a master’s degree in applied mathematics and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and business administration.
