Louise is a passionate fundraiser with a keen understanding of the direct marketing industry. She is goal-driven and detail-oriented. Her leadership skills in administration, finance, and employee development play a key role in her work for H&J, her clients, and the various organizations she volunteers for.
As a hands-on president, Louise directs many of the agency’s primary accounts and manages the creative and production teams. She also performs detailed results analyses of fundraising campaigns and uses that data to develop strategies that maximize each client’s ROI. In addition, she manages database, lead generation, and fulfillment programs.
Louise has been active in the fundraising and nonprofit community for more than 20 years. She served on the Catholic Development Conference’s Advisory Board and Planning Committee, and currently serves on the Stewardship and Engagement Committee of The Nonprofit Alliance (TNPA). She has worked as a Blood Drive Organizer for the American Red Cross and has been a recipient of the coveted Ken Hansen Humanitarian of the Year Award. She also authored several articles for Fundraising magazine and has delivered many presentations at industry conferences.
