Omar Farghal is the Chief Operations Officer at Allovance, ensuring clients meet their strategic planning and resource allocation objectives through strategic alignment. With a background in finance, sales, and management consulting, Omar leverages his expertise to drive Allovance’s mission. He has developed a 30-hour Certification Program in partnership with the University of Michigan Economic Growth Institute, aimed at equipping individuals with the skills needed to utilize Allovance’s innovating decision-making and prioritization tools.
Omar graduated with honors from Michigan State University with a degree in finance. He recently earned his MBA from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business, enhancing his expertise in business management and leadership. Passionate about making a positive impact, Omar has applied his expertise to support various non-profit initiatives throughout his career.
