Dr. Patrice S. Johnson, a visionary leader, has impacted over 20,000 students in her career; championing racial, gender, and educational equity through a multi-disciplinary career. From her earlier journey in politics as Pro Tempore Mayor and Councilwoman for Muskegon Heights to establishing the first of its kind 21st Century Urban Boarding Program for girls in Detroit, she pioneers change. As the first person of color to earn a Doctorate of Education from Cornerstone University, Dr. Johnson continues to advocate for resilient communities through her work as President and CEO of Project Scientist, empowering youth to be innovators and disruptors in STEAM.
